Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Chemical Products
Due to the nature of our products, car care chemicals, polishes, waxes, cleaners, shampoos, coatings, and other liquid products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
However, a return or replacement may be considered if:
The product received is damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
The wrong product was shipped.
Any such claim will be subject to verification by NAPKO.
2. Accessories & Microfiber Products
Accessories, microfiber cloths, brushes, applicators, and other non-chemical products may be eligible for a replacement if:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
We do not provide monetary refunds. If a return is approved, the eligible product may be replaced with the same product or another suitable product, subject to verification and stock availability.

4. Return Approval
All return and replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by NAPKO Car Care Pvt. Ltd.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Products that have been used, opened, altered, or returned without their original packaging, where applicable, may also be rejected.
